(a06-02) Sub-divide an image into (6) parts.
To do that: from top menu View> Rulers>Show Rulers
- (1) Click on the vertical (left) ruler and drag out into artboard – (2) allow guide to snap to center and release.
- (1) Click on the horizontal (top) ruler and drag down into artboard – (2) allow guide to snap to 300 px.
- (1) Again click on the horizontal (top) ruler and drag down into artboard – (2) allow guide to snap to 600 px.
NOTE: The above directions are for a vertical oriented image. You can use the same numbers for a horizontal image – just drag from the opposite ruler in each step.
Use a different adjustment technique listed below in each of the sub-divided areas:

(a06-04) Creating distressed graffiti by the following method:
- Set up a document using an image from the provided gallery.
- Review the steps found on 06 Blending Modes
- Use any background and place your logo created in Week 03 Assignment 1
- On the Logo layer use the (a06-04) Advanced Blending options steps to create a stylistic effect to your logo.
- Name each layer accordingly.
- Remember to Save
- Add other bits of personal graffiti as you see fit.
Remember to always name your layers as necessary…

You should be sending me a ZIPd folder containing the appropriate file(s)
- Use (1) one assignment folder: LastName-web114–a06
- Place properly named assignment file(s) in this folder.
