The Project: Apolo Anton Ono

Purpose: Feature images and a fan networking site for Apolo Anton Ono during the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Goal: The images and text needed to be updated by the client remotely.
Challenge:
All the imagery on the site was hand-crafted for explicit use on the website.
Production: Navigation graphics and all image development

The Project: Caiman Consulting
Purpose: Need for a site originally designed to be published in Flash to be published in XHTML.
Goal: Using existing website content, restructure using CSS and incorporate contemporary SEO theory.
Challenges: There was a strict four (4) week turn around on this project. All the imagery was repurposed, compressed for quick load time and renamed to lend efficiency to the SEO. Original video content was not available at launch so artwork was created for temporary placement. A javascript based gallery was put in place to serve as a way to show case the most current projects. This gallery was to emulate the jukebox effect found in the iTunes interface. A script that could easily be updated was found, allowing the client to change displayed projects without the need to remake a gallery which is customary when publishing in Flash.

Purpose: Case study in User Interface for E-Commerce.
Goal: Create an e-commerce site with (25) products and emulate the check-out process.
Challenge: The site dynamics require a SQL server and PHP files. Due to the server side rendering of PHP it was necessary to develop the site blind with occasional uploads to confirm the code was working properly.
All the imagery on the site was hand-crafted for explicit use on the website.

The Project: QTbride

Purpose: Create template pages for an e-commerce site.
Goal: Appeal to the 18-26 year old woman shopping for lively hip bridal accessories.
Challenge: Not knowing how the text would render lent to some repurposing of imagery when the site was first uploaded to the e-comm server.
